Austin Satrom, Founder and Coach at E4 Ministries

With an M.A. in Ministry and experience working in church and para-church ministries, higher education, and business, Austin brings a unique ability to connect strategy and execution with people and team development. Whether leading sales teams, managing multi-million-dollar initiatives, or building ministries, he found himself consistently drawn to cultivating healthy, effective teams. Over time, this calling became undeniable, and he sensed the Lord’s leading to launch E4 Ministries—partnering with ministries to align vision, strengthen culture, and create lasting Kingdom impact.

Austin Satrom, Founder and Coach

As your ministry partner, the focus is always on empowering you to strengthen your ministry.

My role isn’t simply to give answers. It’s about training and equipping you to use the right tools, rhythms, roles, and perspectives so you and your team can fulfill your calling and purpose.

The E4 Philosophy

These core tenets shape every aspect of E4 Ministries and how I serve each coaching partnership.

  • The primary motivation to build, strengthen, and multiply ministries is to bring glory and honor to God. (Colossians 3:17)

  • Fixing our eyes on what is unseen and eternal will ensure our earthly decisions will bear fruit that lasts. (Corinthians 4:17–18)

  • As the great counselor and helper, we must keep in step with the Holy Spirit—aligning decisions and rhythms to His guidance—so our ministry bears lasting fruit (John 14:26).

  • Building and advancing God’s kingdom begins with humbly serving others. (Mark 10:43, John 13)

  • True and healthy ministry prioritizes people over results, valuing others above ourselves, seeking their growth and well-being, and ensuring that relationships are never sacrificed for the sake of mere outcomes. (Philippians 2:3-4)

  • Honesty builds trust and unity, creating an environment where people feel safe to speak truthfully, resolve conflict biblically, and work together with integrity—laying the foundation for healthy teams and thriving ministries. (Ephesians 4:25)

  • Like Jesus, we can guide others into greater wisdom by truly listening, asking thoughtful questions, and helping them discover solutions to move their teams and ministries forward. (Matt. 16:13-15)

  • Faithful execution and accountability in even the smallest tasks prepare us to be entrusted with greater kingdom responsibilities. (Matt. 25:21)

  • Healthy leadership multiplies itself, ensuring God’s kingdom continues to be built for generations to come. (2 Timothy 2:2)
