E4 exists to help ministries—through tools, coaching, and partnership—to become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ so that more people will follow Jesus.

The E4 Framework, the primary tool of E4 Ministries, was created to help ministries grow into maturity and faithfully live out their mission. Since every ministry is unique, the E4 Framework was developed with the flexibility to adapt to any ministry’s culture, context, and calling while staying firmly grounded in God’s Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
